What to include when reporting an issue
Include the page or feature name, your device type, browser, operating system, what you were trying to do, the expected result and the result you saw. Screenshots are helpful, but avoid sending private customer, supplier, invoice, payment or identity information unless it is needed to understand the issue.
Billing tool feedback
If an invoice or quotation calculation looks wrong, include the item quantities, rates, tax rate, discount type, currency and PDF/preview behaviour you noticed. This helps us verify the issue faster.
Privacy, GDPR and data requests
For privacy rights, GDPR/UK GDPR questions, cookie questions, correction requests, deletion requests or other data protection matters, email us with a clear subject such as “Privacy request” or “GDPR request”. We may need reasonable information to verify and route the request.
Accessibility requests
If you find an accessibility barrier, include the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant and what prevented you from completing the task.
